Prayers go out to this guy who was working his arse off so he could afford Christmas presents for his family. Hope the POS that killed him is tied down & thrown onto a nest of red ants.
New Orleans police have divulged little about the incident. It said the man was reported shot at 12:19 p.m. in the 8000 block of Dwyer Road in New Orleans East. The circumstances of the shooting have not been explained by police.
“We believe he was a Cox employee,” an NOPD spokesman said. “He was out there with a Cox truck.”

Maybe. Might have been personal. Not like a cox guy is gonna have any real money or valuables on him.

Those guys spend a LOT of their time in terrible neighborhoods.
It’s not uncommon at all for the locals to come at them from all sides asking them to hook them up for free, or botching about their bill or service.

Even though Cox sucks balls and I kicked them to the curb, every COX person I have dealt with in person has been first class.

They can’t. It could fall under the FCC’s digital discrimination rules
