Covington student arrested after allegedly bringing bomb-making materials to school

Police responded to the scene at William Pitcher Jr. High School Tuesday afternoon after a school resource officer reported a student with a bottle of "suspicious chemicals" that were smoking and had spilled onto a sidewalk outside the school.
An analysis of the chemicals found them to be those commonly used in bomb-making.

Makes more sense in the Covington area, the Mandeville kids are are all probably too high to care about blowing up the school at that age.
