Yep those section 8 apartments near the school would be considered ghetto, but the real ghetto starts on 25th avenue.

It was probably chemicals used to make water bottles blow up.

Fake news. The west part of the parish is utopia.

Are you sure this didn't happen in slidell?

Fair enough. You're right. I was thinking of the school over by Mele Printing and Atkins Park. My bad, dawg.

Jefferson Ave is the ghetto? So St Peter, SSA and St Paul's are also in the ghetto? Where do you live?

On the Northshore, if a black guy has been within a 6mi radius in the last 24 hours, that is legally considered ghetto and falls under UCMJ, HOA, and/or posse comitatus rules for governance.

Yeah, that school by the park is in the 'hood. I don't think Pitcher's neighborhood is bad at all. There are some semi-sketchy apts, but there's also a bunch of nice houses.

From what I heard it was a pretty smart kid (book smart) that was going to a friend's house after school to blow some stuff up. It would seem it is along the lines of when my brother and I would mix dry ice with water in a water bottle. Unfortunately for him, he made a poor choice in bringing the chemicals to school. An immature 13 year old- who would have thought. Decisions have consequences though. I would have been paddled by the principal. This kid is in a juvenile detention facility. Such is life in this day and age. Again, this is what I was told, but it was by a few different people. Then again with social media, they may be full of shite.
