Early on a frick ton of people were supporting these stances in both sides

Possibly because no one knew wtf was going on and there were videos of people “dropping dead” en masse in China? At that point it seemingly could’ve been a severe pandemic and I supported a 2 week lockdown based on the information we had at the time, which was “none”. As more data came in, I and other normal people adjusted our stances accordingly, and looney nutjob weirdos like you went full “Church of Fauci” and openly ignored reality to fit into your weird social club.

Fair, but acting like it started in 2021 is just revisionist history

Acting like what started in 2021? The virus? The bizarre attachment to lockdowns, masks, and an experimental vaccine from leftist loons? I never said that anything started in 2021. You’re obviously just trying to come up with random shite because you can’t debate me on this because I’m right and you’re wrong.

The figures suggest just a handful of American lives are being lost directly to the virus each week. For comparison, the virus was behind one in three 'Covid deaths' at America's pandemic peak in 2021

So even in the darkest days, 2/3 of Covid deaths were not actually from Covid. That is so screwed up. And not a single damn person has been held accountable. Hell, you still have people defending it.

We should be crucifying politicians, medical administrators and a fair number of physicians for knowingly and maliciously lying. Tens of thousands of people died from the response. The lockdowns that put small businesses under, the long term suspension of “non emergency” medical procedures, people being fired over a shot. This lead to increased deaths from suicide, overdose, and just lack of normal medical care. And it was intentional. You can argue as to the why, but they knew they were lying, and they knew what was happening as a result.

I think 1% is with present deaths not during pandemic. It seems like cancer patients are being hit the hardest right now.

Also strange? That 100% of all strokes, heart attacks, blood clots, motorcycle deaths and suicide are a direct result of the 'jab'...

slight difference between the beliefs of a handful of poli board posters compared to half the country back in 2019. but sure…

I'm referring to the neverending "jokes" posted in every death thread, here and on every TD board. Hell, even Alex Collins' accident threads were riddled w jab responses. It's exhausting.

Our personal doctor’s did this to us. The ones who live in our communities and go to our churches.

And people think our local police is going to protect us.

Just another example of “Just following orders.”

I'm sure the people who lost their livelihoods because of the inflated death rate of covid feel differently.

And kids who lost years of crucial development, and people who were depressed, and folks who could not have funerals for their loved ones, etc.

As much as I hate to link an XNN article... here's one from last week. (in the tune of Regulators) MASKHOOOOOOOLES... Mmmmount Up!

That’s just saying people at high risk should wear a mask.

People at high risk should always wear a mask during flu season and what is now Covid season.

We’re going to see late summer Covid break outs for the rest of our lives. I’m a healthy 33 year old so I won’t be wearing a mask. But when I’m 83 you damn well bet I will.

What’s just a bug for me now could very well be a death sentence for me then.

1% may be a low number but if you were to wake up tomorrow and hear that you and your family have a 1/100 chance of dying, you still don’t feel too good about it.

People with preexisting conditions are dying, yes.

So about 60% the US. If you count obesity its more like 80%

And yet not Fauci or any other politician in the US got on the news and said “Hey you fat fricks, go on a diet and hit the gym.” In fact, we closed down mom and pop restaurants and gyms but made fast food places “essential.”

“made fast food places essential”

And liquor stores. Churches were closed down but BLM protests were perfectly fine.

That thread title sure gave this board a boner

The first bullet to summarize the article explains it better:
quote:

In week ending August 19, Covid was primary cause in just 1.7% of virus deaths

This pretty much tracks with Covid being a not very deadly virus any more. I’ve seen a slight uptick in Covid patients in my ER but none are that sick.

I’m sure it just depends who is delivering the info. I’m cool with believing this, but then you also can’t say that all blood clots or heart conditions are from the vaccine.

again, this is disingenuous. comparing a handful of poli board posters now vs the news media and half the country’s population insisting the world is coming to an end in 2019. please stop.

Did anyone bother reading the article lol? The OP certainly didn't (or did, but has the reading comprehension of a 5 year old).
