This is crazy man no one spending money on anything! Schools not opening! Bills still rolling in.

Stress at an all time high for anyone else?

Take a lap.

Seriously. Take a walk and get some fresh air. It will help you.

I‘ll make more money than I ever have this year and I’m in sales. Schools are spending more money than they ever have but I sell disinfectants, hand santizer, automatic touchless dispensers, toilet paper, microfiber and masks. Been with the same company for almost 20 years and I guess I just lucked out to be working for a company that sells all those products during Covid.

every salesman I know or that calls on me is still getting paid but they aren't making in person calls. Most are (barely) working the phones and spending time on leisure activities.
Are you commission only? Car sales?

Yup.
Wife’s job hanging by a thread..she’s got a few deals cooking, but looking like her boss (middle mgt) is posturing to pounce on it for himself.

My job has bounced back substantially, and is “ok”.

It’s pretty stressful when you can’t make sales sales calls in plants but we are doing what we can to get by
We do not have a lot of overhead thankfully

Best you can do is keep doing what little bit that you can & not dwell on it

Been kinda tough for me... Mostly because my boss left for a new job and she screwed up some stuff before she left and then the tech team came in and screwed it up more changing profiles (Salesforce) so my productivity has taken a hit. All the while we are going through a reorg and there is magnifying glass on us. One of the C-suite guys is beginning to sit in on our weekly meeting tho so I'm gonna lean on him to get the tech people to fix the issue. Just a bitch to get shite done when there are 7k employees and only 2 people have Salesforce admin powers.

My market is at an all time low. It's been tough to say the least but I am grateful to still have a job.

Yes. The wife runs a staffing agency and the amount of jobs that are going unfilled because people can make more money staying home on Covid welfare is at an all-time high...so the stress is at an all-time high.

I sell memberships to a high end golf club. Been hit and miss. Golf is one of the best things you can do right now however, and everyone is leaving the big cities out west and moving here. So overall I’m right at about budget

In sales, no anxiety, just glad to be working. People are spending money in my segment.

Sales of recreational products like boats and campers strongly disagree with you.
