I am on the fence here. I do obviously think he was making a retarded joke, but the implication that he is tainting his beer supply helps undermine the public faith in our food supply. Ultimately, as long as his record is clean, I agree I probably wouldn't investigate, but someone as crazy and agenda driven as he is probably shouldn't be in charge of anything.
