Meh, adds to the charm of the local hood. When it collapses, it’ll actually fit-in more

Weird place for a residential property to begin with.

The most important question is: is this structure bullet proof or at least bullet resistant? New construction in Shreveport requires a minimum threshold of bulletproof-ness.

Looks exactly like the Horseshoe Casino. Shreveport shouldn't have a problem with it.
That is a Bossier City landmark.
I myself have been wondering what the building represented - I figured it was some expensive art undertaking that I didn't understand. Thought the windowless aspect was weird, then I saw the banner drop and figured it had to be someone's expression of art.

I don't see any egress on the building anywhere for one. This thing can't be anywhere near up to code.

To be fair, $150k a year is like having El Chapo money in Mansfield.

frick that. I don’t want some dipshit fricknut building some shitstain structure by my home or business.
People talk a big game about how people should be able to do anything with their own property until it is their next-door neighbor. NIMBY is alive and well.

It's just as trashy looking as the Horseshoe casino. Looks like a tiny version of Biff's place in BTTF2.

I don't give a shite. Their property.
Karen mania has taken over and the Karens desperately want to control what people do in their own homes and on their own property.
If you want your neighbors property destroyed because you think it's ugly, You got way bigger problems in life than taste.
Its
Not

This is a very visible building with a shitload of people seeing it every day, someone was bound to say something about it. It’s on I-20 FFS
Posted on 3/31/21 at 2:10 pm to RogerTheShrubber
I'd bet he sets fire to it eventually and then claims it's a racist attack by the KKK.
