FRICK NO - Last time I tried the "Ole Lady" kept swiping stuff on the self-checkout before it could beep and causing it to malfunction.

I barked at her "this is a one-man job" and right when I did everyone in the store went silent, so I looked like a big Dick Head.

It turns into people watching for us. We like to go with a good buzz and cut up. I get in trouble sometimes though.

If the OP would have said "Shoe Shopping", they might have had a point. But they didn't do that...

Sounds lame

I take my two year old son to Publix all the time. He gets a cookie and we race down empty aisles making racecar sounds when nobody is there.

Sounds super lame. Especially for Louisiana. All the men in my family boil crawfish, make gumbo, fry fish, smoke meats, grill steaks etc etc etc. All of these things require a trip to the grocery store.

Exception to the rule is on vacation and hitting up Publix or an occasional visit and you just happen to be with each other. If it is on the regular it is beta AF.

explain it to me like im 5 please

is it because males shouldnt be doing the grocery shopping?

ftr this is the kind of bullshite backwards arse thinking Thomas Sowell was talking about in that book in the other thread.

No one is asking the real question here.

People still walk around "Shopping" in a grocery store?

That's not it at all. I am in a grocery more often than my wife is although she does the bulk of the grocery shopping. She shops online and I prefer to go a store. I find it odd that it takes teams to grocery shop.

I enjoy grocery shopping. By myself, with my wife, my kids...whoever wants to come along.
If seeing a guy and his wife in the grocery triggers you, you may have some real hidden sexuality issues going on.

my wife doesnt grocery shop with me usually but if you have kids its a great way to spend time together without them.

its not that it takes a team...some people actually like being around and spending time with thier wife though.

so why is it a beta move? still havent explained

I live less than a mile away from a grocery store, sometimes I need an ingredient for a recipe immediately. Or, before I got my bulk supply of beef in, I would sometimes decide I want a steak for dinner and go to my grocery store to pick one up.

I’ve started doing our grocery shopping on my way home from work weekly. She texts me the list, I use my Upside app to claim 6-10% cash back at Win-Dixie, buy the groceries, next day I’ll have anywhere from $10-15 bucks in my Upside app. Between cash back on groceries and also cash back on my gas (which I don’t even have to pay for thanks to my company fuel card) by the end of the month I’ll have $50-$60 banked on Upside. I simply cash that out and go to The Model Box to buy my free monthly model.
