Best cough meds for mucus breakup over the counter these days ?
I’ve done steroid shot, steroid pack, antibiotic... can’t seem to shake this hacking cough . I don’t understand how one human can hack this much crap up.
Also, no AIDS.. test was negative :-)

Honestly, if you have a bunch of shite in your lungs, it probably needs to come out....and there is only one way to do that. I would take a little mucinex (without cough suppressant), drink an assload of water, and take a hot shower to breathe some steam.

Mucinex or store brand Maximum Strength. Walgreens has a store brand that works great.
Gargle with hot salt water to clear your throat.

This has worked for me in the past, or just get real busy at home doing something to work up a sweat and heart rate.
