Teaching AI to program a machine to scan for white in a field of green probably isn’t that tough, I’d imagine the robotics itself are much harder but I agree that skepticism should always be used with regard to claims made on Chinese technology.

You know, cotton is graded on the whiteness, how dry it is etc. This machine it would seem, be used to grade and seperate out the more valuable cotton before it made it to the official grader. No more having one patch of dirty cotton bring down the value of the whole crop. Farmer gets more money.
