I was getting gas last weekend at Costco and there were two cars at the pump and one car in front of me. The guy in the lead pump pulled out about the time the guy in the back pump started pumping his gas. The lady in front of me would not pull around and go to the front pump. Waited until the second guy had finished pumping and pulled away before she pulled up. I should of went around her but didn’t want to look like the a-hole.

There is no fuel sold in the USA that could make such a large difference in fuel mileage.
Now, if you're buying gas by the liter out of a 55 gallon drum from a roadside stand in Honduras, then yeah the fuel quality and performance might be suspect.

NYers get a bad rap for tapping their horn BEFORE the light changes when positioned more than a few cars back from the light. The guy tapping his horn is paying attention and wants everyone to get ready because he knows the light is about to change. He’s actually performing a service.
