If one is infected with covid 19 and recovers, is that person immune at that point ? Or are there different types

Of course cancellations and bringing our nation to a halt will stop the spread. But that is an irrational and emotional reaction to this virus

That’s literally the case for ANY infectious illness. Miss me with the virtue signaling. We never cared about all the other viruses we constantly spread to each other and kill hundreds of thousands a year. Ffs.

I wish we'd do the same.

Mass testing.
I agree and wish we would have done the same as South Korea and Germany. If we had started mass testing a month ago, I think the panic would have already started subsiding. We would see a huge amount of asymptomatic and sub-clinical positives. This would also have been a benefit in keeping asymptomatic and sub-clinical people away from the elderly.

RSV kills 100s to thousands of babies every year in this country. The main cause is social spread and then people go around the babies

Yet we clearly don’t give enough of a frick about that I guess?

You've been wrong at every turn. I guess that won't stop you now. Keep being an idiot if you must.

Agreed.

The CDC fricked the situation badly and heads should roll once the investigation as to “how” is completed.

For someone who is 20 years old and has never left Baton Rouge in their life this may not seem like a big deal, i get it. When LSU baseball gets postponed or cancelled it may hit home for you.

I will be even more pissed at the overreactions. Right now the only thing fricked up for me is a couple hockey games in Dallas

What are your qualifications and how are you more qualified than the CDC and State Department of Health Officials?

If this was the big nothing burger you've been idioticly proclaiming it to be the entire time it would already be over with. Trump wouldn't have canceled EU travel. All these events wouldn't be canceled at the recommendation of health officials. We wouldn't be talking about social distancing.

But keep on keeping on.

The “cdc” as an institution didn’t fail

The bureaucratic rules and some key decision makers failed

For example, the official who decided to not accept WHO testing kits needs to be fired

They're extremely qualified...they've read all the facebook memes about how the flu, cancer and heart disease have killed way more people
