Okay mates I’m officially worried - 72 hours in Seattle and I have the flu - headache shivers aches diarrhea constipation and now fever.

Not freaking out but that is good to know. The doctor made it sound like it was unexpected that he fell ill despite wearing a mask and likely following standard protocol.

I came in here to discuss the similarity to SARS with the added information spread of social media. I think this situation absolutely should be monitored, but the thread is useless if we're just going to post unverified tweets that reek of confirmation bias.
