Right now the numbers outside of China just don't agree that this thing is a superbug inside of China.

If it's a wet virus and if it gets somewhere via a Chinese person who spits a lot (and a lot of them do), will the virus become inactive when it hits high temperatures and very low humidity?
The UAE and Arizona will be two sites to watch; the Sudanese for a different situation: dry and dirty. (I know there are probably a lot of nice clean Sudanese, but don't they still have some huge refugee camps with malnourished, etc. potential targets. )

This in Japan is people on a bus... so someone was coughing on people uncontrollably, unless it is spread much easier than previously mentioned.

Has China ever locked down 60 mil people before? How about hauling arse to build 2 hospitals around the clock? Face mask out of supply. Some social unrest. Looks like a super bug to me.

Four out of the five infected in that one case never set foot in China. That clearly shows that it is highly contagious even without experiencing symptoms. That is going to make it very difficult to contain if it spreads beyond a small group of people - even in the West.
Edit: The big question will be just how lethal is the virus. It might be flu level bad, it might be much worse. We don't know.

As someone mentioned earlier, pay attention to what actually going on and not what people are saying.
China cancelled their major holiday celebration and have quarantined 60M people. In the history of humanity that's never happened before.
Those actions should be indicative that at least the Chinese believe that they have a serious bug on their hands.
