She was so broken over this. Here is an example of how broken she was right after:

False. Of course the moral character of the boys is relevant.

Do multiple other guys show up if there was no Snapchat saying “free p*ssy”…?

Or if somebody responded with “hell no. shut that down immediately”.

Or responses later in the night asking if the “shop still open?”

In case you have been living under a rock, there has been all this talk about how we need more religion and how there is a lack of morals in society.

They did plenty to get themselves in trouble using social media…

Nothing in their socials indicates rape. Try again without deflecting this time.

Sigh. I don't know how to put this another way.

This girl made this a LEGAL matter. She sued multiple entities (not the boys FYI) to try to get money 2 years later.

She made allegations in her civil suit that are wildly different than her own repeated statements.

Once it becomes a legal matter, you have to be able to separate your own personal moral judgments from objective, legal ones.

These boys were immoral but that doesn't mean they should have their lives ruined. College kids frick and do drugs and then go on to lead great lives. They mature and find their way.

You two not being able to separate the subjective from the objective is why we are having this irrelevant argument

Pretty obvious all that happened here was a bunch of damned bad decisions by everyone involved. The woman's words to initial investigators is pretty cut and dried. Her and the initial 2 men made a bad decision that most humans would make in that situation. The aftermath is some serious bad decision making and seems to have been punished accordingly. That said those bad decisions are going to be very costly for everyone involved due to the environment in 2026 related to these sorts of things...and every damn one of them were aware of that environment, being of the age that is almost the sole driving force behind that environment, yet acted like it was 1970 and are now crying foul. You'd think they would have learned their lesson but they haven't had enough of the limelight just yet....and are going to have a belly full of it before all is said and done.

If she had said no and it continued it would be different. She says she did and it stopped. I have no doubt it got out of hand and was uncomfortable - it could have gone far worse and probably would have in the 1970s.

It is both a Legal matter and a Moral issue that society is discussing every day

So again, speak to the morality of willingly participating in sex acts then crying rape (but only in civil suit) after feeling embarrassed. Then compare that to the morality of willingly participating in sex acts.

I speak to my boys about the issue, and what they should do as respectable young men who have morals and values.

“Free p*ssy” is very problematic. The implication of that is non consensual.

Where are all the Christians? Is that just like a social club now with no backbone?

Are you ever gonna address what I asked you or just keep deflecting to only holding the men to your arbitrary moral standard?

Perhaps you don't hold the girl accountable because you think women don't possess the capability to think for themselves and need men to do everything for them. Pretty sexist of you, which some might find immoral.

In what way is it problematic, and how is that the implication is nonconsensual

The implication is extremely consensual. A whore is giving out free pussy to everyone

I will admit that there have been so many of these hoaxes that I am predisposed to not believe the women, but I still just look at it all

What pisses me off the most about this and Duke lacrosse and UVA Rolling Stone case and mattress girl and all of the other false reports is that it ruins it for all true victims. As much as it would be great to believe all women, modern feminist have weaponized sexual assault allegations.

Why must a gender be placed on this statement? What makes women so special we should believe them all?

There are literally two guys in this that got harassed so bad they had to leave campus, that multiple personalities including a sitting member of congress has called brutal rapists, and the AG of the State of New York is going to investigate them (after already calling them rapists on social media) that:

Looked in the room and saw this girl willingly fricking two guys

And they left

That's it. That is the extent of what they "did". And they are being called two of the 7 "rapists"

Jane 7-D broke the social compact. All these girls out there tryna get a man and J7D out there fricking everybody at the same time, so she cast out of the tribe.

Now you got the frumpy 'we are Jane doe' crowd working the other side of it They don't care about the sex aspect of it as much as they hate men, generally. And also deep down they wish it was them snorting ketamine off a cock.
