I wish they had the body cam footage. I feel like that would give us a better idea of what happened.

I'm sure they do have body cam footage. They'd be required to have them on. Quite telling that they haven't released it. If it exonerated the cops and refuted her claims, they would have done it by now.

Boot polish is toxic. The buildup of residue on your tongue must be half an inch thick. Imagine defending such pieces of shite day in and day out. They won't arrest looters but they'll beat the hell out of jaywalkers.

I found the original news report. The video they played goes form her walking down the sidewalk and then quickly and obviously skips to her and the cop fighting with each other. Starts around the 38 second mark of the video. Hard to really draw any conclusions if they won't show us the part of the video that would confirm why the situation escalated.

Where did it say she was a single mother? Or that she was on government assistance? A friend of the family is a single mother and has four children. She's also a veteran and owns her own company. No government handouts. You back the blue no matter what types are just all sorts of odd.

None of that, not one bit of it, matters to this story. Nor does the fact thrown into the original story that she had problems with domestic violence in the past. None of that matters. It is only part of an effort to shape a narrative. Whether they need to shape that narrative or not, I don't know. All I do know is that the Info provided about the person has no bearing on whatever happened.
