He was definitely going just slow enough to allow the cop to get close and think he actually had a chance so that he could embarrass him. Love it. Hope to see more of this until everything opens up

I seriously don't understand shite like this. The jogger is all by himself on a beach. Exercise is supposedly allowed. Yet this cop takes it upon himself to harass this man who is literally exercising his God-given right to freedom.
If this jogger had had a gun and shot the cop in self-defense, he would have been totally justified as far as I'm concerned.

I just drove along the Mandeville lakefront. There were more people out there biking, walking, tossing footballs than on a normal Saturday. Three people were out there kite surfing. There was only one group out there that was sitting under an oak tree spaced 10 feet apart with some wearing masks. That was funny looking.

I support cops, but that fatass should be checked for COVID with how easily he got winded, not the healthy dude trucking along with ease.
