I wonder if there was anything that happened before the video starts because both the cop and that driver came out blazing from the get go.

What a freaking moron.(cop). I don't know much about the trucking business. But what I do know is that there is never a license plate on the back of a rig. They change trailers often. The trailer would obscure the license plate in the back. So, whats the point?
