Here are some I took a while back from that area
I think this is like the jets and the sharks maybe. Damn. Putting nut on the baby is just wrong. Even If they rented every unit for $1,531 it would take 12 and a half years to earn back $70 mill. This is a government funded boondoggle somehow.

70 million divided by 300 units = $233,333.33 per unit.

The only people benefitting from this are the contractors.

I know they built a bunch of affordable housing on Harding near Plank. I hardly recognize the place when I drive through there. They can walk to Bella Noche too.
