It's better than 95% of the alternatives in town. If your kid gets in, do it.

That's what I've heard/read which is what attracted us there. We have the means to get him in. Long drive but should be worth it

I think they give preferential treatment to LSU employees and U High alum and that it's fairly difficult to get in. We've looked at it too because it costs a good deal less than some of the other private schools

If you can get him in, it seems worth it.

Associates them with the right sort of people without exposing them to Roman Catholicism. Thumbs up.

My kids are at UHigh. Education and atmosphere are great. Tuition compared to other schools is what and what in lower grades. High school tuition is easier on the checkbook than other private schools in BR.

Do it. Great school. Both of mine have had nothing but good experiences (9th and 5th graders).

Went to UHS from K-12th. Good school. Granted a lot has changed over a decade.

Don't do it. It may be cheaper than a lot of private schools, but there are a lot of rich stuck up families there, and I don't have time for people like that.

For the money, U-High is the best school in town.

That's not entirely true anymore.

You can also get preferred treatment if your son is very good at athletics.
