We have the means to get him in.

Be careful, there's a lot of scammers out there. My friend lost a few grand to a guy who could "get his kid into U-high".

Did they get accepted? If so, there is no reason not to.

I thought so too, but after three hand jobs and no admittance letter, I felt pretty silly.

That's not entirely true anymore.

Being an Alum does help somewhat (I know from personal experience) but I also know some alums that didnt get their kid in 1st try but usually will 2nd or 3rd try.

I'm speaking in terms of getting your child in for Kidnergarten.

They continue to do a really good job through 8th grade but Ive had quite a few friends change schools when their child got or was in high school.

The high school is top tier in BR with CHS/SJA and Episcopal.

Don't forget BR Magnet High School on that top tier list.

It's good but for a variety of reasons, I don't think it's in that class of schools.

That is where I went to school for 12 years (1-12), my mother, aunt and uncle all went there. If you can get in, great. It is harder to get in than when I went (60's and 70's)

Are you trying to say that U-High is a better high school than BRMHS? I get that some of the kids are weird and they don't have major sports but come on. Catholic/SJA and Episcopal I get but not U-High.

Class of 99 checking in.

Great experience and without the use of social media, I can tell you what the majority of my class is doing today.

U high provides a space for small tight classes that will create networking relationships for life.
