Seriously, how does Falconer have standing? He is a politician. As a politician it's almost impossible to win a lawsuit against people that slander and libel you.
But good for him for fighting back by taking this action. Even if he loses the lawsuit at least he is bringing attention to the ordeal to set the record straight in the public eye.
