I live in a condo so the garden part isn't feasible, lol.

Try to focus on the positives.

Like, there's no school shootings happening.

Not to give you anything else to worry about, but make sure all your papers are in order for the checkpoints.

I might just drive around the south (outside of Louisiana and Arkansas, lol) and wing it, staying at random hotels each night for a few days or a week.

This sounds awesome. If I didn’t have commitments I would be all over this.

If you’re serious, it’s a bad idea to go drive around the South. You’re not locked in to your house - get outside and go do something active. Definitely limit your time and you may want to completely eliminate the time you spend getting updates on the virus.

Order ahead and take a small road trip over to Brandon to pick up a double decker Babes pizza. You won’t be disappointed.

I've already come up with an excuse. If I get pulled over I'll tell the cop that I'm driving to Virginia to be with family during the crisis. Pretty sure that would be enough justification to be on the road.

Just go to the store every now and then to get shite you need. Subscribe to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc and start binge watching shows. Get a hobby that can be done at home or better yet, on the computer. You'll be fine.

It's just two weeks. You can do it. At that point we'll have a better idea of what the outlook is like. If healthcare infrastructure is in place then they will tell everyone to go back to work but be less filthy this time.

It's okay to go outside and ride your bike or go for a walk, btw. Just stay away from people.

Good excuse. You definitely won’t need it.

Why do you think you can’t you go anywhere?

Part of me just figures that since I'm essentially on an extended vacation anyway why not take a vacation?

I mean heck originally I was supposed to be in New Orleans this weekend. That obviously got cancelled.

Are you taking anti-anxiety meds? If not, you should be.

Have a sign taped to your window that says Corona+, they'll wave you on by with the quickness.

I’ve been doing yardwork and home projects like a psychopath.

If I were still single I’d probably go solo camping for a week or two. Hell I might do that anyway.

Take it easy Anne Frank. You can take a walk, ride your bike, drive around, just don't get around groups of people unless it's at the grocery where it can't be avoided.

Do you have a patio?
Get a couple of large pots & grow tomatoes
Or plant some flowers & hang a hummingbird feeder
Get a chair & sit outside & enjoy
