Agreed and it would be my choice except that it doesn't come with satellite radio. The Fusion and Passat both come with Sirius.

From that list, I'd say any of them besides the Camry that you could get the most options on.

Very nice to have if you spend significant time in the car.

most of my posts get a downvote, I just figure I have a fan. They are pretty useless.

No, they aren't. But let's agree to disagree. The two pictures you posted still look cheap as hell. Shiny fake wood on the steering wheel and door

You're more than welcome to post pics of competing domestic trucks' interiors. Who is putting something out definitively better in the $50k price point?

I would hope a truck that costs over $15k more would have slightly better finishes. But Fusions don't have the same materials a 2016 F150 Limited does either.

Already did and the answer to that question is Ford whether it's the XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, or Limited trimlines. [/quote]

Even GMC and Chevy have nicer interiors than the Toyota.

They don't have the same materials but the quality, features, and design are still there. Toyota interiors have a cheap look and feel. Just my opinion.

I'd get the fusion if I could get it with a manual, if not the VW.

I covered that. You're not comparing apples to apples by using the limited as your standard.

Toyota offers all the features Ford does, with the exception of ventilated seats (that's a big one for me, but it's only one thing).

The manufacturer that decided rear seat occupants no longer needed their own AC vents with their most recent redesign?

I think you just aren't comparing apples to apples. I've driven Camry XSE and Fusion Titanium on the same day. And I was very mindful of feel and finish. There isn't some big gap like you're trying to claim. Maybe if you compare a base model Camry to a high end fusion, but of course that's going to happen.

Did you not post pictures of a high end Tundra and ask for comparative pictures from a domestic? I was at the Texas State fair Auto Show last week and there is not really much of a difference in interior quality from Lariat on up to Limited.

I looked at all of the Tundra's they had on display and while they are great trucks the interiors just fall flat for me.

It doesn't matter how big the gap is. There is a discernible gap. Maybe it's just my personal taste? He wanted an opinion on essentially base model cars and the Fusion has a nicer fit and finish at all trim levels. Again, just my humble opinion.

My company car is a Fusion, and I would highly recommend it.
