Agree about Fed Ex. I run a small business that does a fair amount of shipping. So many problems with Fed Ex that I never ship with them and also avoid ordering from companies that do whenever possible.
USPS and UPS and DHL aren't perfect but both worlds better in terms of customer service and lost packages. USPS is actually slightly better than any of the others and usually much cheaper.

Had the govt not included fast food joins in the "Necessary" category during Kung Flu... America would have 80% less fast food joints today and we would be better off for it.
