The problem is the no one is gonna take north Baton Rouge serious enough to dump loads of money in. if there was a way for developers, tech folks, and engineers to make money, there would already be stuff happening

There is a lot of out of work, able bodied men walking around who can’t wait for the opportunity of work in their neighborhoods. Now is their chance!
