Common plant baw complaints

There’s a high probability that we’ve all worked in a plant at some in our lives. The smart ones, like myself, learned quickly to get the hell out. During our time there were unique consistencies in that environment that will never change. We see they’re still alive and well every time we run into a plant baw:
- Everyone works for someone who is a complete idiot. How is it that everyone’s boss doesn’t know shite?
- anyone who ever got a promotion or tried to go above and beyond is labeled a suck arse.
- engineers design it, and the baws fix it. Engineers don’t know shite.
I was reminded of these points today by my brother in law.
Which ones you got, OT? GO!!!!!!!

The troll is strong with this one. No.. I sure have not. And I'd guess most people on the OT have not either. But you keep raking in that dough my man!

We get it, you’re a pompous windbag and better than any of the middle of the road plant baw schmuck. Remember though, you’re still from Port Hudson and your wife cheats on you.

Anybody got any good shithouse poetry? One of my favorites:
Please don’t throw cigarette butts in urinal. It makes them soggy and hard to light.

as a neutral unbiased 3rd party witness to many turn arounds and new construction expansion projects i have to side with the contractors here.
it was a constant form of amusement as engineers insisted shite works only to be forced to come outside their a/c offices and see the shite in fact DOES NOT WORK AS DRAWN ON THE BLUEPRINTS then the contractors had to explain the only way it could be made to work, then the engineer goes back to his office and changes the plans to how the contractors showed him to do it, then the engineer gets all the credit for figuring out how to make it work.

This is true. Engineers don’t make things easy to fix and don’t make the things that get fixed most often easy to work on

I've never worked in a plant, but I can imagine "if I don't get more overtime I'm going to have to sell my truck" is a common complaint

The pignose keeps telling me to check gauges when I can put my hand on the pipe and know the psi I been doing this so long
