The only time I deal with commercial breaks are doing games and when their is a commercial I either turn it on another game or go do something. There are commercials I hear all the time but couldn't tell you what they are advertising.
Other than that anything with commercials that I watch is DVR'd so I just fast forward through them. But there has never been a commercial that has bothered me so much I muted the TV.

100% of all major network commercials are fricking stupid and cater towards the lower end of the spectrum. They don't work on people with any type of intelligence. They're chasing low hanging fruit, the types of people obsessed with reality TV, Kardashians, and having the latest iPhone.
