I have two pairs, one in brown and one in gray. They're comfortable as heck and the toughest made boot your money can buy.
For more casual boots, the Forefront by JK. I have two pairs if those as well.
All handmade in Murica with Murican sourced materials.

Republic Boots in Houston might have some under 500. Their non custom ones are made in Mexico next to the Tecovas and cheaper Lucchese. Awesome store if you’re ever in Houston, great service, full bar while you’re there.
I have a lot of Tecovas. They are great but they have expanded a ton, quality might go down but I haven’t seen it yet.
Luchessee actually can have some great deals sometimes. Got a couple really nice pairs at $450 range.
Buy what you like and frick everybody else. You’re an adult. Some people buy Jordans for a few hundred dollars that haven’t bounced a basketball since they were 7.
