buses are ALSO BIG AND YELLOW WITH MULTIPLE RED FLASHING LIGHTS and people know well in advance to slow down vs a couple of red cones you don't even notice until you're almost on top of the comcast truck.

SO you are saying that no wreck occurs, that each one of those cars individually would not have wrecked given my scenario? Most of the wreck occur after cones had been placed at the top of the hill and there were already multiple cars on the side of the road. Does the exact same amount occur? Most likely not, in fact that level would seem improbable given that the time lapse in the video was 10-20 minutes vs at worse at 20-30 second stop for my scenario.

I just think acting like drivers adjusting their driving habits wouldn't have stopped most if not all of this from occurring is being willfully ignorant for the sake of being argumentative due to who was stopped. Comcast is at fault no one has argued that they weren't. There just seem to be a few people in this thread who refuse to admit that poor driving and awareness caused the escalation of this situation and daily these exact conditions lead to injury and death.
