Just watched the video, and surprise, the columnist is full of shite. He was just pissed because he got a ticket for failure to signal.
Side thought- Part of me thinks that's a pretty shitty ticket, but part of me wishes they'd do a full court press on that shite in Baton Rouge. So many frickers just don't do it, and all you have to do is move your finger two damned inches.

Not only was the officer polite as can be, the columnist who complained about the officer's "arrogant" tone was actually the one who came off like a jerk in the video.

I went to the newspaper webpage and saw his article. Every comment below was kicking him in the balls for his lies.
