Is this a surprise? Profiling isn't racial at all. I don't think cops go out of their way to start trouble, at least not 99.999% of them.

Drivers ed says you are supposed to use a turn signal every time you turn the wheel of a car.
Even in Parking lots and drive ways. Had to re-take the test because I didnt take drivers ed and didnt get out of the parking lot the first time for not using a blinker to pull off the curb and park
