If they are going to put some age limit restrictions in the law. They should also set an upper age limit too

The reason 11 yo is an issue here is the law repealed included 11 and up. 10yos and younger were allowed to be topless under the previous law. So it isn't some pedo law.

The way the OP is framed is click bait. They just removed a law that said it was illegal if over 10.

To put it another way, it was always legal for girls up to age 10 to be top less. That's not quite as catchy though.

This is odd (well for many reasons) what about age zero to 11, like when it would actually be more normal than a pubescent tween.

Seems it isn't a slippery slope fallacy to say we'll soon see a day when a grown man can legally expose his clitoris to a topless 11 year old in public.
