you should definitely shove a really hard dildo up your a$$ for at least 1/2 hour to loosen things up so that it will be easier for the doctor to insert his equipment.

My doc had me use Dulcolax pills and mix Miralax with blue powerade.

Colonoscopy was a lot less dramatic than what I've heard. That twilight drug is amazing! Best half hour sleep I've ever had.

That was some of the nastiest stuff I ever had to drink. I’m not looking forward to doing that every few years. I was still peeing out of my butt when I got there that morning. I had to sleep in a separate bed from my wife the night before because I was afraid of squirting myself in my sleep.
Also, I already shave that spot. I don’t like the idea of poop molecules hanging out for an extended period of time.
