Not to speak for anyone else, but at least for me, that's why I disagree with you. Believing that your response is irresponsible is simply not the same thing as operating solely under consideration of the feelings for those who would wish to do us harm. I think you're doing yourself a disservice by assuming that most liberals care only about the latter

I think maybe what some are trying to explain to you is that everyone (like you're doing with liberals) does not fit into a nice neat box that you've assigned for them. This big world is more complex than that.

This post is actually fairly good evidence of what I have stated.
Core beliefs aren't shared by all. However, core beliefs are the basis for everything else.

if you actually believe that. You do realize that nearly all of north africa and the middle east speak arabic right? Thats at least a few hundred million people, hundreds of thousands fly every day the odds that any of them are "gathering intelligence" is greater than 1 in a trillion
