And that's why I call the police on every German baker I come across. It's common sense, people.

Ah yes, "they" did it to "themselves". Because every Arab is guilty for what the 9/11 hijackers did. Priceless.
I don't think anyone is saying all Arabs are guilty for what the 9/11 hijackers did. And if the 9/11 attacks were a one time (or even rare) thing, I doubt people like this lady would react to Arabs and Muslims in the manner we're seeing more and more today. But the problem is terrorist attacks from Muslims and Arabs in particular are not rare, in fact they're quite common and seem to be getting more numerous all the time. It's not that people like this lady blame that guy for 9/11. Rather they've seen so much repeated Islamic terrorism since 9/11 that a level of distrust has been built up. Here's how people like this lady think now. Is that middle eastern guy sitting next to them on a plane a terrorist? Probably, not. But then again, how can you be sure?

People can't even get on a plane without shitting on themselves every time a person says anything but "'Merica" and "apple pie". No wonder we have an increasing deficit. We look to the government to fix every problem in life. As long as people are scared and easily manipulated, budgets will increase and nothing will get done.
HOORAY!

Every open minded keyboard social justice warrior would shite their pants if they understood the guy saying that at the end of a phone conversation on a plane. Everyone has biases.

Yeah obviously he didn't do anything wrong and doesn't deserve to be kicked off, but that doesn't change the original circumstances. This story got out of hand, but I don't believe being reported as suspicious in the first place was the moment it jumped the shark. If you see or hear something suspicious, you should report it. Unfortunately, this guy hit a lot of the markers, but lets not act like he was kicked of for playing snake or some bullshite.

Well, if we had virtually daily instances of bikers carrying out terrorist attacks and trying to do things like blow up airplanes full of people, I'd see why people were on edge around us.

People will justify their predjudice and white supremacy in this board.
I speak Rabbles of Germans and I'll say a bit to my friends in person or on the phone. Doubt as a white male I would ever get kicked off a plane for doing so.

That said, and I have no proof of this, but we all know it to be true anyway: that dude was happy to scare every single person on that plane. He knew what he was doing. I am glad his arse got kicked off.

This is my point. I think most of us can sit back and say this guy doesn't deserve to be kicked off a plane when he is innocent, but I don't see a reason to criticize the woman for reporting it.
Profiling works - as unpopular as that may be to admit - and personal biases are here to stay. Start a thread on here talking about housing prices in New Orleans and tell people you can get a decent place in the city for less than $200k and EVERY SOB on this site will tell you that is impossible to do in a "good neighborhood" or "outside of the ghetto." Does that make them all racists? No, of course not.
The same holds true in this situation. Not every ME man speaking in Arabic on a phone call that ends with "----allah" is a terrorist, but every terrorist is a Middle Eastern man that ends a phone call with "----allah". To act otherwise is some holier than thou BS.

Context is important. Islamic terrorists used planes to blow up buildings, so people are scared of Muslims on planes.
Bikers are known for drug dealing and murder, so people are apprehensive when gang meetings take place in public.

We have daily instances of Muslims carrying out terrorist attacks here in the US?
There aren't outlaw motorcycle clubs committing crimes every single day in the US?
Do you realize we are all far more likely to get fricked up by a random biker than a random Muslim?

It is amazing how hypocritical people like this will become when you hold them to their own logic.

Middle Eastern, speaking in his native tongue, on a phone, on a plane, and ending the conversation with "----allah."
Not everyone who does that is a terrorist, but all terrorist do that, so stop with your holier than thou BS. That doesn't mean you should get kicked off the plane, but stop acting surprised that many people would be moved to report such a series of events.
