This is a weird gripe.
It really isn’t if you look at how voters were portrayed by the MSM. More educated (smart) people voted for Harris. Less educated (dumb) people voted for Trump. It was repeated over and over and is insulting to say the least.

counting all the baristas with their BAs in LGBTxzyaddwefyuuk… studies working at Starbucks to pay off their $200k student loans skews the numbers

Let's be quite clear, college educated absolutely does not mean more informed, knowledgeable, or credible to speak on sociopolitical matters or to be an informed voter, which is all that matters when mentioned in political context.
It is used to disparage the Republicans when they win this segment of the electorate. When the Dems win it, they are champions of the people and the working class.
It's all rhetoric used for political propaganda.

It is more about their maturity in handling situations/relationships where I’ve notice a difference in college educated vs non college educated.

If you are referring to the metric that was a point of emphasis for the MSM, it is definitely misapplied. Education level does, for the most part, determine income level. The more important use of it as an indicator is to show what issues will be key for a victory.
Smartest man I have ever known was my grandfather. He dropped out of HS to serve in the Pacific against Japan. He worked in chem plants and served in Korea. He then worked for the school board repairing electronics. His hobbies were reading everything he could get his hands on, digging through trash to find electronics, power tools, and gas-engines to repair, walking the woods near the local golf course to collect golf balls to sell to driving ranges, and coaching his kids' athletics teams.

To me, college educated is only as good as the field you studied in order to get yourself a good paying job upon graduation.
Things like engineering, accounting, medical field whether for people or pets, etc. that will pay off as far as good paying jobs in a lucrative field.
Get a degree in "Women's Study", liberal arts, photography, etc. and you may as well have taken Basket Weaving 101. AND you have probably incurred a lot of debt you will have a hard time paying off with those degrees.

college educated” in the context of something important from either side one more time ….as if it means anything, which it does not
You are 100% wrong here.
It does mean one thing, those people stuck it out for at least 4 years to obtain that degree.
Everyone looks at the degree as a test of how smart someone is, but that's not the only thing a degree tells people. It also shows employers work ethic, loyalty, dedication.
This line of thinking will always differ between the degreed and non-degreed and there's nothing we can do to fix it. Those rooted in wrongness are rooted stronger than those who know the answer. Crazy but true.

Yeah, as much as they look down their nose at you with it, their gender studies degree doesn't make them better than the garbage man.
Or even smarter
Or even smarter

Stuck it out? Like it's real test of intestinal fortitude to earn any degree except in a STEM field...

If you gathered the average intelligence of "college educated" folks, and those who are "uneducated" do you think those numbers would be equal, or even favoring the "uneducated"?
Sure, there are many anecdotes regarding people who never graduated college being smart and successful. Hell my most "successful" friend didn't graduate from college and he's definitely intelligent. But, on a whole, "college educated" folks are generally "smarter".
ETA: if you were actually "smart" you wouldn't watch/read MSM

If we take the social media liberals who rant and post videos and i take the people I know who didn't graduate college. My group would win.

There is a VAST difference between smart and educated.

This is called an anecdote, and yes you are probably right. But on a whole, college educated folks are going to be "smarter".

Edited: I’m not going to get into the weeds and over-analyze this, but I think a good argument could probably be made that non-college-educated people are actually a tad more “life savvy” than college educated people because they had a 4-8 year real-life “head start” on those that went to college. Think about it… it makes sense.
What about someone who went to trade school, worked in the trade and went to college simultaneously? That must be the smartest person....
Education has NOTHING to do with intelligence. It can, when used properly, provide more choice in life....for the smart and the dumb alike.
Anyone who thinks their education makes them better than someone or anything other than "more" (not necessarily better) educated has severe emotional issues. They do exist....and there seems to be a direct correlation between them and the size, cost or the selective acceptance criteria at the school they matriculated at.

Democrats said that college educated females voted Harris in a way that made it seem 95%/5%. It ended up being like 60%/40%. College educated men I would bet even voted more Trump or at least 50/50.
