Spent too much time outdoors I believe. Don't know if it's the covid, just stopped up head big time, no fever or chest congestion.

Happened to me two weeks ago.

But i dont medicate and it was gone the next day.

I woke up on sunday morning and thought I had covid, by monday it was gone.

Mix 60/40 apple cider vinegar and water. Hold your head back and shoot a little shot up each nostril with a kids medicine syringe. I used to shoot that shyt undiluted but I don’t have the infections anymore.

If you think it's due to allergies, you gotta start taking the anti-histamines before everything starts blooming to get out ahead of it. I take a half of a Xyzal at night. If it gets bad I add Claritin in during the day and use my NeilMed nasal rinses.

Lungs are fine, it’s my head that’s stopped up and my nose is running like a free keg party.

Are you going to continue taking it 3 x a day as a daily supplement? I'm curious about it.

My lungs are good too, I'm taking it because it thins out mucus and it works for my sinus problems.

Sounds like you need a decongestant, my ENT had me 1600mg of guaifensin(generic Mucinex) and Flonase.

You have two choices: drug yourself up on pseudoephedrine (the Sudafed that works behind the counter, not the fake shite they just took off the shelves), or start taking an allergy pill/nose snort as soon as the weather report indicates increased pollen (or whatever you're allergic to.)

You'd probably rather the mucus not exist, or exist to a lesser extent, by pre-emptively using an allergy mitigation, than trying to flush the mucus out after it's already been created (Nyquil, Dayquil, Bromfed, Mucinex, etc.) Claritin is far cheaper, but you can't wait until your nose starts getting phlegm-ed out.

NO, I'm only taking one a day along with other vitamins like zinc, D3, fish oil and a multivitamin.
