Damn! That is fricked up..

I work with some ole baws.. These dudes don't like to work overtime because they don't want their ex wives to get anymore money out of their checks.

The thing is.. There are two guys who have 2 ex wives and kids with both of them.. And then talking about getting married again.

It seems like they are getting the shaft, but at the same time.. They do stupid shite to put them in those situations.. Like getting caught cheating..

How much of a father is he though? Does he want to be the father and is the mother allowing him to be involved?
He’s a great dad that works two jobs. He’s a co-worker and a really good friend even though I’m an old man

A guy I know had two boys 2 and 8, he was getting a divorce and had his concerns due to his wife being a whore.

He had the young one tested and was not the father, he got so pissed they tested the 8 yr old and he wasn't his father either

He still acts like their father to this day but went through with the divorce

That makes it tough. I'm sure he loves the the child no matter what, but he definitely needs to fight being on the hook for it. Force the mom to confess who the dad is, and put him on the hook though pretty much fricked. Still fight it.

Is he married? Im sure any other woman wouldnt want to be forced to pay a woman like that when undeserved.

He can commit to putting money aside for the kids college or other help that doesnt go to the whore mom.

How did he find out btw?

Correct. This happens to men often.

He will still be accountable for the child as if he were the real father.

Neat how that works?

I'm not trashy so I have no idea of what this is. Is this something that "baby daddy" signs or something?

I feel bad for the kid. Is this guy just going to not see "his" kid anymore? That is a sad situation.

Why the ever loving frick would he sign an admission of paternity without a DNA test? How retarded is he?

One thing that could happen is that he will have so long to relinquish his rights with the child and get off the hook. However if wants to remain the "father" from a legal standpoint then he will probably remain on the hook.

I think he’s stuck with it?

Ought to be a way to get it back from the mom from at least the point of confirmation of non-paternity after the child turns 18/is out of high school, though.

You may not be trashy, but you are definitely not smart if you cant assume what it is by the title. Pretty obvious wording even for the most fancy well educated. Ha

The tide is starting to turn regarding laws and court rulings on this to be more fair, but its still a long way away. So yes, it is quite possible that despite not being the father, this evil bitch has him for another 13 years.
