Do you have zero common sense or are you just trying to be stubborn?

What do you think would happen if he brought that contraption, unannounced, to the White House so he could show it to the POTUS?

Republicans would be praising him and Democrats would be bashing him.

Isamophobia is embarrassing and just another stain on our country.

We did it to the blacks, the natives, then the Jews, then the Italians, then the south and East Asian immigrants, then the Japanese, and never forgot about the blacks.

I guess we had to break the current trend and find some other group to be openly prejudice and discriminatory against. Can't forget about those gays and queers either.

Xenophobia by this class of Americans is as American as apple pie. Nothing seems to stop some of you from being spiteful, irrationally fearful, hateful "Christian" Americans that feel it's their God righteous duty to save themselves and everything that's pure and good from the heathens of the world.

Wash, repeat. And kids aren't off limit, especially if they fit the demographics.

Dinduffins eh ?

I agree and I feel proud that I suspected this from day one. Mark Cuban (no conservative, he) was saying the same thing on Bill Maher Friday night. This was manufactured and manipulated by the boy's family.

That isn't what Cuban said at all. You couldn't have possibly been paying attention if that's what you came away with.

Would you be able to provide a link stating this as you all won't accept reality as a credible link?

It's just pathetic to even suggest, as that poster did, that Muslims and anything that isn't white better follow our rules or else they'll get all the discrimination and prejudice coming there way.

What you are really advocating for is that people be willfully ignorant, even if it makes them less safe. Good luck with that.

If you are part of a population that is justly known for something bad, you should not expect people to ignore that. It's just not human nature.

Thomas Talbot, an electronics author and prominent medical virtual reality scientist, said the clock’s printed circuit boards and ribbon cables, along with the 9-volt battery backup, are signs of a commercial product.

In his video, Talbot displays a photo of Mohamed’s clock and on screen, flashes an arrow over a tangle of cords jutting from the case. “This was put in here to look like a device, with these cables and these… to look like a device that would be suspicious, and I think intentionally so,” he says of the design.

“This is simply taking a clock out of its case, and I think probably for provocative reasons, intentionally,” he said in his video. He did not elaborate further.

“When I saw this, I thought, ‘We’re getting duped here,’” Talbot told The Daily Beast, adding, “Anybody who knows electronics really well needs less than five seconds to know that was a clock taken out of the box.”

The researcher, who has run contests for young inventors Mohamed’s age, said he doesn’t intend to pick on Mohamed but rather the media’s failure to capture more of the story. Over the weekend, social media activists embarked on a campaign to downvote his YouTube video, which had more than 380,000 views Sunday night.

how many other experts should we cite?

This is the perfect case for the dumb frick liberals and dumb frick republicans to argue with each other again.

The case looked suspicious so the school and local authorities checked it out. Nothing bad, should be end of story. The boy was not harmed. He was handcuffed and questioned. Liberals say this was discrimination. White boy points his finger like a gun (like all kids do when they are fricking kids) and gets suspended. Do you see the stupidity in all this?

Should we all be in agreement that this clock kid should have had none of this happen, just like the kid making a gun shape with his hand should not have been suspended? Is this where we are in pathetic correctiveness?

Now the shitheads on the left and right are finding things to bitch and moan about. Welcome to the Social Media Age of Politics in America.

Right.

Blacks= criminals
Jews= Greedy
Arabs = Terrorists
Asian = Smart
White = Privileged
Mexican = Illegal and hard working
Italians = Greasy mafiosos

and on, and on, and on...

Stereotypes are fun and definitely a sign of higher intelligence and independent thought.

Again. This argument was used for all the other groups...time passes and it always fails because that rhetoric and line of thinking has been proven, time and time again, to be Fallacious at its minimum. Doesn't hold up in a "free"
And democratic society.

So you can be pretend to be "informed" all the way to your last day, but can assure you, your son or grandson will probably distance himself from you just like Strom Thurmonds son and everyone else with a clue has done.

Good luck.

Do you not acknowledge the time line of events?

1 "Invent" the clock
2 Take it to school
3 1st period teacher, "That's nice, but don't show it to anyone"
4 6th period English class he plugs it in for power disregarding earlier advice.
5 Sets alarm to make it beep.

Fun you know, when you're speaking from the "privileged" class and looking down upon your minions.

Easy to say that from the top of the mountain
