I was actually referring to when leftists instructed us all to boycott Chic-fil-A because they were evil homophobes because their founder dared to proclaim his Christianity - after which they did six weeks worth of business in one day.
That was a great day in America.

What's funny about this is that if they would have just ignored it, this wouldn't even be a story and nobody would care.
But because they reacted the way they did, they just made him way more famous, gave his site clicks, made him money, and highlighted what he said.
It's the same with these idiotic protesters. Nobody would even know some conservative speaker is speaking at Berkeley. Most wouldn't even know who they are or care. But because these protesters riot over it, it just draws attention to them and makes the speaker more famous and makes people support them and the speaker's message reaches way more people than if they just ignored him.

You can find billions of pictures and videos of boobs on the internet, television and print media, all protected by the 1st amendment and sometimes celebrated as "art", but you can't say "boobs" on CNN without people getting offended.
