There are 30 states in which whites are 80% or more of the population.
Two states (well one is DC) in which the number of whites are under 50%. Hawaii & DC. Louisiana is 63% white. That's just white people. The rest are other races including black. Of course, in most southern states, a big part of the other races are black. Maine & Vermont has the most whites... Each state has 95.2% white, but these Black Panthers are just trying to "intimidate" people.
Plus, you have to factor in, a lot of blacks don't even support the black panthers...
