Like I said. They won't do anything. They're just flexing and talking tough. At the end of the day, if any violence happens, it'll be done by one or few people. There won't be a massive attack.

Just the statement, attempting to incite terror, and inciting through speech an act of violence, is a crime. The cops find just one other person in his posse that agrees with his words, boom!, conspiracy.

His words are more akin to shouting "fire" in a theater than saying make ourselves heard or resist. Freedom has limits.

I asked Mr. Ceasar if he’s had discussions with the leaders in the Black Panther movement and whether they’ve indicated to him if there would be violence. He responded, “That’s top secret.”

Actually, he's allowed to say that as long as it doesn't cause imminent danger. If he was onsite and said this, then it would be different.

At least that's my understanding of the law

Nah, Kibbles busy going after a teacher for posting a laughing emoticon after one of her posts. This bitch is sick in the head.

Yeah, that's just straight up social terror. A teacher responded to news of a NBPP person allegedly having a broken wrist with a laughing emoji and now she's trying to get her fired for it. Nevermind the fact that the NBPP folks were inflicting violence on the police.

This thread has proof. People proclaiming glad to be out of the area, worrying, etc.. People are in fear for their own and the community well being. That is the very definition of inciting terror. The speaker is a terrorist there is no doubt.

I'm just saying that was my understanding of the law. I think it's the same reason why people can speak at college campuses and encourage violence as long as they don't say to do it at that moment.

"We need to kill cops" - ok
"We need to kill the cops in this room right now" - not ok

Sometimes I really wish we could give the black extremists their own state with no involvement from the white man whatsoever. They say they want black power but I bet you they really don't if it came down to it.

It's called Haiti.

Ron Ceaser's FB page is almost as entertaining as GC's. It's amazing how delusional they can be. The best part is almost all of his posts, he is the only one to respond.

i can't stand that poor smelly ginger count. hey, Kibbles!

she sinks to a new low any time and every time she is given the opportunity. Got her feelings hurt because someone posted a laughing emoticon on her post.....attempts to get them fired. Disgusting count. Special special place in hell waiting on her. Wish we could gather all the evidence of her online instability and send it to her boss. Ohh, wait. We can't because she's unemployed and leaches off our tax dollars and her "abusive" ex-husband.

There's actually more black folks in the south than any other region in the country. I'd say the worst spot for black people to begin a civil war would be the Midwest. Not as many black people and still the white gun toting type.

Wyoming seems like a poor place to start a civil war as well.
