These are very good questions that We the People, especially AAs, are not allowed to ponder. The Leftist Indoctrination Machine has propagandized us all into condemning such questions as "Racist" and "White-splaining". Rational debate to discuss and analyze this question is PROHIBITED and strongly condemned as "Racist" and anybody who proposes to have a conversation to discuss this question is condemned as a "Racist White Supremacist."
When the Zeitgeist of your own country's culture prohibits and condemns rational discussion of any difficult question, then you KNOW that your country is WELL on the way to becoming Totalitarian, my friends.

For once. I agree with the OP.
Here's the deal. Many black people get into positions of power with one goal: to enrich themselves. Just like any other corrupt politician.
Now, you do have some black run places that mean well. Take HBCUs for instance. They look after the well being of their students. And many HBCU graduates do well for themselves.
As for cities and politics (which you are referring to) it's a combination of corruption and bad planning. Many people think if you just give away stuff (food, housing, etc) it fixed the problem. That's not true in a vacuum. You need to tie welfare to people working in a job program. WORKFARE is a popular form of social service in other Western countries that we should look into.

the sad fact is, the liberal politicians only seek money and votes. correcting the issues or truly making them better is secondary.

That’s a powerful article. I’m afraid that most black people will reject it, though. Being a victim is soooo much easier than the alternative, and the left has been immensely successful in establishing that way of thinking in the black community.

I'm to the right of Attila the Hun, brother, and I will tell you that the impulse for money and votes is not exclusive to any ideological side. It's a function of democratic political incentives.

When it comes to crime and poverty, and government rule, yes, this is right.
Notice what the protesters are currently marching about. It's about racism, specifically, by police and by white institutions.
They aren't talking about these issues. They should be, IMO, but it is a different issue.
