They've sent me 4 letters I think so far. I live in Birmingham. I don't plan on paying it. They mentioned collection agency. This shite doesn't hit my credit, does it?

was 110, but they bumped it up to 185 for a "delinquent fee."

Have fun trying to dig yourself out of the credit hike you’re about to be in.

Just don't step foot back in Louisiana. If stopped by a cop, you're going to jail.

I haven’t had one in years, but the consensus on here is that it does not hit your credit.

My wife got one and I mailed the check on the next day because according to the multiple pictures, she was guilty. That’s just me though

Do this

Not same state, but same approach I took when I got one 3-4 years ago. Nothing ever happened and my credit wasn't affected.

No it doesn’t go on your credit report and you won’t be arrested. Just don’t park on the streets of NOLA so you don’t get a boot on your car.

You must be poor, there's no way I'd worry about getting towed or booted over $110.

False. Cops cant do anything.

Only consequence is if you park on street in Orleans Parish you could get booted.

The solution ia to always park in garage

This. I've never paid any of mine, but I don't park on the street or public lots, so I don't get the boot. Sure I'm on a "parking most wanted" poster somewhere at Shitty Hall.

No. It won't hit your credit.

I get bills from Texas, my dad gets bills from France demanding €25 in tolls threatening collections. Just toss them.

But know if you park on a street in nola you can be booted. So make sure you have something to cover your plate.

It's the principle. I could afford to give every bum I see $1. I don't though.

I'm sorry, I don't believe in gestapo tactics as a way of enforcing traffic.
