Is it the premium or sport? Curious if you thought the upgrade is worth it. You sound like you did your research
re: Asking for an opinion on a truck

Good point about the pump belt. I have not replaced mine but will soon for $2700
That’s exactly what I drive and I’m responding from the service center in the dealership.
Mine has 180,000 miles and the shifter went out. It’s the best truck I have ever owned but I think it will be expensive when stuff starts to break.

I’m just off of Rayburn with property close to Toledo. I would stay away from Livingston and Conroe. Lake Nacogdoches is a great spot. You can fish it out of the wind and have great amenities. I like Rayburn because of no boat houses or docks. Toledo is a great lake but so far away from anything especially medical. Good luck!
You have a couple options. The NRCS EQIP plan is good. Open enrollment is due in November but start working on it now. You will need to register with the FSA first. Ask them for a TSP in your area. The NRCS will pay them to help you. You will probably make some money on the process.
Option 2 is to apply to the LA FPP plan. It gives you a maximum of $10,000 to replant. The application time is in the spring.
You will need to probably spray, burn and plant 605 trees per acre. This is very common.

I saw a stat that if the pirates put up the league average run support, he would have only lost 3 games.
Moral of the story, it ain’t skenes that sucks

Mr Ipes outside of DeRidder will have some and the best price. He supplies most of the local stores
Is the soil compacted? What are you overseeding with? I would try to work on one thing at a time and not throw everything at it over one month

Tell him to beat them to their punch and make a $500 donation to the department or send in a pile of bbq.
No, post emergent herbicide is meant to go down on top of the weeds. They haven’t sprouted yet.
re: Exterior Lighting - Down or Up

Down if the lights are on your house shining on your yard/flowerbed and up if they are in the yard/flower bed shinning on your house.
I usually shoot for 55 degrees
For semi guided look at Katzfey ranch in George west. Mark has a lot of good property

I have a friend that is in management at Exxon and he said there are 8 stages in making fuel and they make money at every stage and sell an absurd amount of byproducts during the way. They have mastered the process and make money no matter what is going on with oil prices
I have the black card as well and it’s nice but I rarely walk into a bass pro or scheels.
I’m just seeing if I’m missing out on getting quality items from scheels and if I spend that much money, how the benefits compare

Scheels credit card question
Posted by Jaspermac on 1/12/26 at 8:22 pm
I have a Cabela’s card I use just to get a couple hundred dollars in points each year but thinking of switching to scheels. They seem to have nicer quality gear and brands. It looks like they send you a gift card each time you hit a milestone.
Does anyone use a scheels card or has made the change from cabelas? Is it worth the hassle?

As a dad, I offered them a little less cash to opt out.
Offer them $500 cash to say no

I won a very nice set of lessons in Orlando Florida and they only used the swingyde. I later bought one and use it routinely

I met Fran Dresher in 2003. She was beautiful. Surprised that she talked normal but she is highly intelligent. She was speaking at a medical research event.

I’m hoping they will end up with Tim Rattay. Bad luck with the qb going down, I thought he was real good. They will be fine the next couple of years getting decent players since lsu is recruiting this year.
Hopefully the sunbelt will do them good
