That would be called a flush of the turd.

Should have just kept that nice office they had in Houston a few years ago, and moved everyone there.

Sounds like Guidry didn't have the cash to build his own place like he hoped.

Having to move into a 1980s dump in Metry.

Sad fall for him.

Shell doubling down on NOLA and Guidry funding an instagram account to complain about a city he can no longer afford.

Can't even afford to build on Airline Highway.

Shane spending too much money to ride shotgun for Landry and Cannizaro

He’s like 2 minutes away on Airline Highway

Dude played hardball for office space and lost.

Now moving his people to a converted mall.

Wouldn't be surprised that Shell announcing they are leaving One Shell he will renegotiate to stay in Orleans.

100% a business move made to sound like a move for employees. Guarantee rent is cheaper, taxes are lower, and Jefferson Parish gave them some benefit. Corporations don’t need to be in downtown areas anymore. Internet makes being away from a business hub possible.

So the Galleria is a dump now….

Jefferson Parish is the land of free parking…

The Galleria was never a mall….

I bet none of his people get car jacked or mugged leaving there for lunch.

Another 20 years of negative growth and loss of population New Orleans will possibly be a manageable size for the likes of leadership that is voted in by the ignorant voter base.

Almost time to start getting those investment properties and cash in on the lack of leader-simp there today.

Food court and a few shitty stores in the early 90s.

Close enough for me.

Great view of the Metry Cloverleaf though.

Wonder why Shane didn't say they were moving into the Galleria last year. Probably too busy fighting single moms in Mississippi.

Harvey Gulf was located in the Hancock Whitney Center all this time because Shell’s Gulf Of Mexico division, his biggest customer, was in the same building. If Shell is no longer going to be in the building, then there is no reason for Harvey Gulf to be there either.
