I swear, the world has gone cuckoo.
If I went back to 2001 and told you that in 15 years, we would have had a president named Barack Hussein Obama, that Bruce Jenner was pretending to be a woman and getting awards for it, that Trump was going to be the GOP nominee and that the CIA was recruiting trannies, you'd have me locked up in the crazy house.
And why the hell do we need Native American spooks? Are we spying on the Cherokees?

Well, the approach is flawed. You don't seek out diversity for diversity's sake, but rather you don't shy away from diversity when the best applicant is someone of a different race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. didn't want white people to hire black people BECAUSE they are black. Rather, he didn't want opportunities denied on the basis of race. They are two different things.
