Personally, I don’t care which of the two movies you prefer, just don’t act like Elf is in the same league as either one.

I could - if prompted - watch Christmas Vacation 24 hours straight and still laugh and be entertained.

I don’t think I could watch Christmas Story more than the one time I’ve seen it. Once was enough.

I watched it again last night, and was the first time I caught Eddie do the open the church look at all the people move at the dinner table and I’ve seen that movie a hundred times.

The Christmas Story is a classic.

I think I seen Christmas Vacation so many times, it's just not as funny to me anymore, but it's a classic as well.

It's time for new good Christmas movies.
