And you can't have a conversation with anyone that thinks you are completely wrong in the matter. You and/or your son signed an agreement that he would abstain from premarital sex. That is the code of conduct at many Christian schools and colleges.
He admitted to breaking this. The penalty for which is expulsion. There are other schools. But the way you are talking and acting in this thread, you obviously do not need to be part of a Christian school community.
The type of behavior you have exhibited in this thread is what is wrong with the Christian school culture in the Mid-South. "Christian" doesn't mean wealthy and white, and there is a decent chunk of parents who believe that it does. I would be embarrassed beyond measure if this would have happened to my kid, and you are blaming the school's policy.
If you wouldve read the entire thread, you wouldve seen that he understands that his kid having sex broke the rules and caused the expulsion. The guy is pissed bc over the years, the administration has let many things slide that should’ve resulted in expulsions but they were wiped under the rug. So I can see why he would be pissed. If you enforce it for one you have to enforce it for all the students, end of story. Now hopefully the OP’s version of events is actually what happened. If it is, then the guy has the right to be pissed.

Sounds like the hubreb follows the Christian beliefs and teachings of the Reverend Hugh Freeze

If that is the case, he is operating under the assumption that life is fair. It's not.
He's donated to the school. There are likely people who have donated more.
His kid's name is on a room. There are probably buildings or stadiums named after others.
They turned the other way on other shenanigans. They did the same for his older kid.

It seems like you could argue his way out of the expulsion.
Has he had sex-ed at the school? If not, you can say your son is a dumbfrick and doesn’t know what sex really is.
Were you or your wife present during the interrogation? If not, you can say your son felt pressured into a wrongful confession. There was a thread a few months back where the eventually consensus was to never let your child speak to a school’s administration without a parent. This incident seems to reenforce that.
Get creative (or open the wallet) and you should be able to get him reinstated

Your kid was expelled for having sex? Was it the gay kind?

They probably looked at it the same way I look at EULAs.

No. He has no right.
Just because other people get away with white doesn’t mean you will get away with it.
Expecting fair treatment from a school that has clearly shown that it doesn’t have a firm moral compass is dumb.

Just send your kid to public school. You save a ton of money plus he will get cultured and can bang all the chicks he likes.
BTW. Christian school girls were always the horniest.

Did he express an opinion not keeping with the cult?

Like the girl's father. Also, hubreb became a target of the school after providing a place where debauchery happens.
HOWEVER, I'm going to side with hubreb. I'd burn the school down and then piss on the flames. Everybody knows the christian private school boys from the memphis party hard. You go to those schools to stay out of the memphis area public schools. No different than any other major city.
"But, but, but he signed a pledge." You think that kid is thinking about that while he's hopped up on snorted ritalin about to bang some slutty christian school girl?
Get over yourselves. I send my kids there to avoid kids like hubrebs. If you have that mentality, at some point you will be disappointed with your child's decisions in life.
Hubreb, go take a dump on the principal's Escalade in broad daylight.

Many move to Houston to take advantage of the excellent public schools. Only 2.6% of the children attend private in Houston. It's 26.4% in Baton Rouge and Louisiana
